- Manage all walkin and telephone contact with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Check customer orders in and out of the store.
- Markin incoming customer orders; identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces in preparation for cleaning and input into computerized pos system.
- Accurately process customer payment for services.
- Manage opening and closing of assigned store.
- Build sustainable, positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Communicate effectively with peers and managers, providing customer feedback to Manager.
- Perform all administrative duties to effectively manage store operations.
- Customer Service - 100% customer satisfaction with no customer complaints each month.
- Team Player - Remain an honest, reliable, hard working member of our customer service team. Each team player will be responsible for operations of the store and completion of scheduled work.
- Support Sales Growth - Continually build the company's customer base through delivering excellent customer service and implementing company marketing and operational procedures to support ongoing sales growth.
