Commercial Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to connect with property owners and managers, capitalizing on a target market of over a million commercial properties in Chicagoland.

This opportunity offers residual income from sales and a chance to be part of a certified Great Place to Work, DRF Installations Inc.

Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities aligning with our strategy and model, yielding maximum ROI.
Develop and execute sales initiatives to generate revenue and meet targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to enhance lead generation strategies.
Create and refine a drip campaign utilizing phone, email, and social media.
Participate in on-site appointments with the Commercial Business Manager to close sales.
Monitor and analyze metrics impacting sales success.
Utilize our CRM system to track account data.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of B-to-B Business Development sales experience.
Strong sales ability and business acumen.
Proven successful sales track record.
Ability to identify and pursue your target market.
Charismatic, polished communication skills.
CRM experience.
