Interventional Radiology Technician

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3 x 12-hour shifts per week. Coverage schedule will be coordinated with the other Interventional Radiology Technician as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Technician with vascular IR experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging and procedural support in our Hybrid Room equipped with Siemens Artis Pheno, as well as other necessary instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various interventional radiology techniques and procedures.
• Utilize equipment such as the Acist injector and support technologies like wireless ultrasound probes and IVUS systems.
• Coordinate care and support with other team members effectively.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to hygiene protocols during procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Required: Vascular IR experience.
• Preferred: Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) and device implantation.
• Valid licensure and certifications as required for the role.
