- Conduct tower climbs for installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment.
- Show expertise in using tools and materials specific to the telecommunications sector.
- Develop skills in assembling antenna frames, antennas, RRU/RRH, Power, and Fiber Distribution systems to industry standards.
- Learn to install coaxial cables, power, and fiber trunks, ensuring reliable RF signal transmission.
- Become adept in tower stacking and modification.
- Identify and mitigate tower climbing and construction hazards.
- Troubleshoot and report equipment issues.
- Maintain professionalism while working with team members and supervisors.
- Be open to traveling and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with heights and physical tasks such as climbing towers, squatting, bending, and lifting (up to 50lbs).
- Valid Driver's License or CDL is a plus.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Excellent listening skills and eagerness to learn.
- Completion of pre-employment drug and background screenings.
- Local candidate preferred.
