- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating
- Accountable for ensuring training is completed and records are maintained for a variety of

- Accountable for ensuring routine trailer inspections, load/unload scheduling, inspections
- Supports the coordination of floor space and work flow schemes.
- Implements and oversees cross training for associates as needed to maximize associate
- Assists in coordinating OS&D claims.
- Reviews KPIs and makes recommendations for efficiency improvements to both processes
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and correct
- Follow company corporate and site-specific safety policies and procedures, and correct

- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply
- Five years' experience as a manager in a distribution/warehouse environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required and proficiency with MS Office.
- Must have good knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory statutes governing warehouse
- Ability to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the operation's needs.
- Strong oral and written skill set.
- Strong organizational skills.
