    Staff Accountant
    Sonoma
    $75k - $85k


    Job Summary:

    A local client of ours is the wine Industry is looking for a Staff Accountant to come in and support with a variety of accounting and finance tasks. This is a full-time role that will require someone work on site Monday thru Friday.

    Job Title Responsibilities:

    • Reconcile and prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
    • Record and reconcile all credit card and POS clearing accounts monthly
    • Prepare and distribute weekly outstanding checks report to management
    • Manage and reconcile accounts including AR and AP balances monthly
    • Analyze and file sales and use taxes and TOT
    • Reconcile occupancy and sales and use tax balance sheets and income statement accounts
    • Manage all aspects of annual property tax payments
    • Summarize, review, and post all company credit card activity
    • Reconcile all payroll related accounts for 401K, FSA, Insurance clearing and garnishments monthly.

    Job Title Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or 3+ years of experience in relevant role preferred.
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision software a plus
    • Microsoft Office experience required.
