    Job Title: Medical Assistant

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant to support our medical team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Patient Preparation: Prepare for each patient visit by pulling charts, notes, and setting up medical equipment.
    • Clinical Support: Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures, while maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and dignity.
    • Administrative Tasks: Answer phones, field questions about medical issues, track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle basic medical office duties.
    • Instrument Care: Clean and maintain instruments and equipment after use, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.

    Requirements:

    • Certification: BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired.
    • Skillset: Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
