Soliant Health is working alongside a munity Hospital in Fresno, CA who is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist with a focus in Oncology.

This role is a 13+ Week Contract, and offers a Monday - Friday day schedule, with no weekends.

Qualifications:

• Valid California pharmacist license, required.
• Previous experience in oncology pharmacy, required.

-1-2 years of recent inpatient hospital experience, required.

• Familiarity with EPIC IT system preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized pharmaceutical care in the inpatient oncology setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outes
• Maintain accurate medication records and assist in medication management
