Job Description

We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home. While associates are able to work from home, they also are expected to come into the office for certain days when projects, meetings, gatherings, or trainings warrant in-person attendance. Please note that we are not currently hiring fully remote positions.

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an entry-level Automation Analyst to join our Automation Support team. Support analysts primarily answer automation questions from the agencies who sell our insurance on the phone or through a web chat.

Desired Skills & Experience

Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
High level of computer skills
Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
Great customer service attitude
Insurance and/or agency experience is preferred, but not required
