- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.

- Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor A/R, A/P, and inventory.
- Financial Analysis:

- Cost Accounting:

- Internal Controls:

- Team Leadership:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Proficiency in ERP (Epicor) systems.
