    Overview

    The Platform team is a critical part of our LuminateTM Platform (SaaS model), and is responsible for its product development and delivery of the data management capabilities

    The Product Manager is responsible for product management (one or multiple product areas) within core services, including managing the backlog and supporting a DevOps delivery model.

    This includes meeting with internal and external customers and partners to understand the product needs/requirements, documenting those into stories and epics, and using a data driven approach to prioritize the backlog based on sales pipelines and adoption by Blue Yonder application teams as well as the Blue Yonder Partner Ecosystem.

    Scope

    Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, document and prioritize data platform requirements ensuring that the agile product team backlogs are refined and well understood by the teams
    Participate in product release and roadmap planning activities
    Participate in solution testing with stakeholders and development teams to ensure the integration solutions are working as expected and meeting all business objectives
    Coordinate implementation of the functionality by working directly with multiple development teams
    Demonstrate new functionality to stakeholders for feedback
    Mentor and guide team members as needed

    Our Current Technical Environment

    Experience working in Agile environments and deep knowledge in product backlog creation, refinements/grooming, prioritization, testing and production process cross functionally
    Expertise in requirements prioritization and traceability techniques and documentation of business, system, interface and data requirements
    Hands-on experience in gap analysis, data mapping, data validation
    Experience working within Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
    Demonstrable experience working successfully in dynamic/challenging situations with shifting and competing priorities

    What You'll Do

    Drive product vision and delivery


    Write and review service descriptions including relevant measures of service quality and drives architecture to deliver on these promises through self-healing, reliable services that require minimum manual intervention.

    Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges through the journey.

    Confidently represents product and portfolio, including vision and functional and technical roadmaps, within the company and, when necessary, to strategic customers

    What We Are Looking For

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field
    Strong experience of min 8 years in Product management experience with SaaS products and preferably in multi-tenant environment (REQUIRED)
    Demonstrable experience designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions (we use Azure) in AWS, Azure and or GCP
    Strong experience working in UI interface and portals ( REQUIRED)
    Experience working with technical developers as well as presentation skills to the management
    Agile experience
    Previous experience working directly with customers, external and internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.

    The salary range for this role - $96,012 - $139,266

    The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.

    In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
