Job Description

Job Description: As a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This role is crucial for keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Process high volume of invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Verify and reconcile invoices to purchase orders and other supporting documents.
Generate payment to vendors on a routine schedule and match the check with invoice.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information and account balances.
Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in billing and shipping.
Maintain accurate financial records and control reports.
Prepare monthly reports for the accounts payable ledger.
Work closely with the procurement and financial departments to improve efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
