    Job Summary

    The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all volunteer activity and case management.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Case management, volunteer coaching and support, volunteer recruitment and training.

    Qualifications and Skills

    A bachelor's degree is required – Experience in advocacy, children's rights, the state Child Welfare system or court system preferred as well as experience with coordinating and facilitating training. The ability to communicate with, coach, support, and empower volunteers to be effective in their roles. Experience with volunteers, training given preference. Knowledge and understanding of issues and dynamics within families in crisis relating to child abuse and neglect given preference. Organizational skills and strong written and oral communication skills a must.

    • Hybrid (1-2 days per week remote)
    • Ability to work out of Somers Point (Atlantic County) or Camden (Camden County) office
