Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapist will carry out an individualized program of occupational therapy including treatment planning implementation education re-assessment and communication to maximize the client's progress toward achieving the goals set forth in the IFSP.
Responsibilities:
- Provides services to clients according to treatment plan evaluates and maintains records of clients' progress
- Reports progress to parents Suggests activities parents can do with their child to assist and supplement the student's occupational therapy program
