About Our Client:

Our client, a leading player in the aerospace industry, is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join their team as a Manufacturing Engineer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing manufacturing processes within an industrial plant.

Role and Responsibilities:
Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, designing layouts for equipment and workspace optimization.
Collaborate with planning and design teams to align product design and tooling with efficient production methods.
Engage with vendors to determine product specifications, arrange equipment/material purchases, and evaluate products based on quality standards.
Estimate production times, staffing needs, and associated costs to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with management, engineering, and other teams to facilitate production processes and address manufacturing capabilities and schedules.
Apply statistical methods to forecast future manufacturing requirements.
Make and implement recommendations to enhance product and team performance.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for problem-solving.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2-4 years of related experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mathematical Skills:
Proficiency in mathematical concepts, including probability, statistical inference, and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle various variables in non-standardized situations.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
