- Work with the sales team in coordination and support of quotes, proposals,
- Ensure all product pricing and vendor pricing is up to date
- Work with all sales team members to ensure CRM/ERP database is up to date with all
- Work with other departments such as Professional Services, Finance/Admin and
- Working with Vendors to schedule lunch and learn sessions, product and solutions
- Work on Registering new Vendors with the Finance/Procurement Team
- Searching bid and RFP platforms for daily bids and distributing to the team
- Assist with price checking and quotes
- Setting up meetings with sales team and Management Other sales and administrative
- Working with other departments to ensure timelines and deadlines are followed up
- Track all sales opportunities and follow up with the appropriate departments for updates
- Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with office administrative tasks preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Must be able to work in a team environment but also be able to work independently on
- Experience with the Audio Visual Industry is considered an asset
