    Summary:

    In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality supplier product information into the aptitude environment. You will perform analyses and develop solutions based on thorough and comprehensive research and technical skills. You will perform cross-functional duties that include all critical, hands-on activities involved in auditing, reviewing, problem resolution and detailed reporting of data. You will collaborate with other aptitude leaders and provide assistance whenever needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources.
    • Utilize system tools and procedures to their fullest extent to enhance accuracy and reduce cycle time.
    • Present recommendations to management and provide guidance in selecting alternatives solutions.
    • Perform data quality audit processes, identify potential data issues and make necessary edits.
    • Engage in proactive review and deliver constructive feedback on productivity within study processes.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts when necessary to resolve product or data issues.
    • Establish strong working relationships and active communication with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage expectations.
    • Maintain and manage the SYNC code hierarchy within the tables, conduct regular consistency audits and report monthly metric reports.
    Qualifications:
    • Relevant degree preferred.
    • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
    • Experience in analytical role or supply chain analytics required.
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and Access required.
    • Ability to plan, organize, manage time across multiple tasks working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team.
    • Ability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities and achieve high level of productivity while ensuring accuracy.
    Estimated Hiring Range:
    $51, $75,150.00
