- 8+ years of experience working in an IT environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in System and Network Administration
- Advanced proficiency with installation, migration, and support of Microsoft Office O365/2016, Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Ruckus, Ubiquiti, Apple OSX, and Windows Active Directory.
- Proficiency with MacOS, and iOS installations and support.
- Microsoft Certifications MSCE, MCITP, CCNA - PLUS
- Good Networking skills (e.g., switching, routing, VLANs, PoE, WLAN, MPLS)
- Understand or work with cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management and Telephony systems
- Solid working knowledge of core networking services - e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RDP, SNMP, LDAP, Kerberos
- Knowledge of CISCO routers, switches, and MPLS.
- Experience and understanding with AIM (OKTA) or similar tools.
- Effective communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with web development technologies. (This is not a web development position).
- Experience installing and managing audio-visual systems, teleconferencing, CCTV, and video surveillance.
