    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Superintendent with a military background to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


    Responsibilities:

    Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Manage and lead a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance and training as needed Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable safety and environmental regulations Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency throughout the production process Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities, including inventory levels, production output, and quality metricsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Military background preferred Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and principles, with experience in foundry operations a plus Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other production management softwareWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement.
