General Summary:

The Specialist, Analytics provides support to the entire Customer Service team by developing, facilitating, and implementing projects aimed to contribute to the overall company success. Primary duties will include ownership of data collection from company CRM and ERP databases, organize data to specified requirements, and conduct data analysis that supports development and implementation of project plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

with business stakeholders to collect, organize, and analyze data for the purpose of evaluating and improving business profitability. Develop projects, business models, action plans, process strategies, and metrics that will lead to high levels of customer satisfaction.
and understands business requirements to conduct process mapping of current state and future state design to drive process and technology solutions.
the overall delivery of the projects, ensuring all aspects are working as required to deliver the intended value. Communicate and update project progress to business stakeholders.
gaps in data output and processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
in the development and maintenance of customer service collateral library, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
and assembles department reports and metrics. Keeps reoccurring reports and dashboards updated as scheduled.
team members on other activities as required.

Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:

degree in from a four-year college or university; Aerospace, Business, or Computer Science.
project management experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

technical knowledge and understanding of the aerospace logistics and metrics.
knowledge of Salesforce is required.
knowledge and experience using SAP or similar ERP system.
in the use of Microsoft Office products (Demonstrated experience with Excel and Power Point) required.
to multitask in a fast paced environment.
to research and interpret technical information, complex ideas and concepts and present information to audiences of all levels of understanding.

Physical Requirements:

may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).
hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
communicate in Business English language.
push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided "reach assistance technology" or "movement assist technology" (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly's, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties.
