    Infina is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, curious, and disciplined EVM Program Cost Analyst to drive EVM operations and manage program cost and schedule inputs in coordination with our government customer.

    This opportunity collaborates directly with the customer program office and interfaces with multiple vendors to facilitate effective and efficient cost and schedule data integration, validation, and analytics.

    Routine operations include supporting program planning and startup activities, establishing budget targets with CAMs and PMs, creating program control account and work package data structure, importing schedule and resource data into the cost tool, facilitating monthly business rhythm activities, assessing Estimate at Completions (EACs), conducting data quality, validation, and DCMA EV Compliance Metric (DECM) checks, supporting variance analysis, and instilling appropriate change management and control principles.

    Qualifications



    You Have:

    Experience in a professional program finance or cost control role
    Experience on a program with EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and CPR, IPMR, or IPMDAR deliverables
    Experience using an EVM Cost Tool such as Deltek Cobra and others
    Experience with MS Excel formulas and pivot tables
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, System Engineering, Cost Accounting or similar
    10 or more years of experience

    You Have:

    Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
    Experience with DCMA or CAAG EVMS compliance reviews
    Experience with Joint Resources Council reviews
    Experience with Agile Methodology
    Experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence
    Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS), and FAA AMS
    EVP or PMP Certification or equivalent DoD certification
