    Description

    Position Summary:

    The role entails providing support to the Operations Team, focusing on reporting, information processing, inventory management, and data entry within this domain.

    • Maintain daily production reports.
    • Assist Inventory Specialists with administrative tasks related to inventory, shipping, product receipt, warehouse activities, and handling.
    • Communicate updates and issues to relevant internal teams.
    • Resolve customer order and inventory concerns both internally and externally.
    • Collaborate with the team to manage sales order entries, acknowledgments, and updates.
    • Ensure thorough documentation and security of project information.
    • Communicate with internal teams about inventory shortages and delivery timelines.
    • Coordinate with Coordination and Scheduling departments to report and document inventory shortages.
    • Monitor and address visible constraints identified by the planning department.

    Additional specific tasks, assignments, or projects as assigned by the organization.

    Requirements

    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
    • Effective prioritization of multiple tasks with deadline management.
    • Capable of working both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced setting.
    • Attentive to detail with a high level of organization and accuracy.
    • Professional communication with customers and internal team members.
    • Readiness to adapt to evolving projects, policies, and procedures.
    • Able to work under pressure without supervision to meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

    Required Education and Experience

    • Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain role.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • BA or BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain role.

    Bilingual: Spanish
