    Pharmacist Resident, Providence St. Mary Medical Center- Walla Walla, WA


    The Pharmacy Practice Residency is a one-year post-graduate residency program in an institutional practice setting that provides training as set forth and approved by the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP).

    The program will provide the opportunity to advance the resident's pharmacy practice beyond entry-level professional competence and develop the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care.

    Shift Details:
    Full-Time, Day Shift, Hour Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week


    Required Qualifications:

    • Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy.
    • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. Or,
    • Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration upon hire.
    • Required within one hundred and twenty (120) days of hire, or as outlined by program policies, whichever is sooner: Washington Pharmacist License.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • PharmD.
    • Experience in hospital pharmacy practices as a student, intern, or pharmacist.
    • Demonstrated computer literacy.
    • Demonstrated drug knowledge, IV knowledge, and compounding ability.
