    Overview:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Analyst with expertise in Owned Channels and Lifecycle Marketing, cross channel measurement across lifecycle of customers and their journies, and audience measurement.

    As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize our marketing strategies and enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of marketing analytics, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

    The position will collaborate with Leadership to develop strategies, tactics and initiatives to help Western and Spouthern and Gerber Life successfully grow and retain customers and its premium stream in an economically viable manner.

    While promoting efficient growth, the person will oversee the allocation of the Marketing budget across a variety of products, campaigns and audiences.

    The person must love numbers.


    Responsibilities:
    Join our Customer Lifecycle Marketing Analytics team in order to help us develop new methods and strategies to enhance the relationship we have with our customers
    This person will be responsible for supporting the development of lifecycle marketing strategies, building personalized propensity models, as well as communicating performance and recommendations to C-suite audiences
    This role will learn new measurement methods in customer strategy using our platforms like Google Cloud Platform and Salesforce.
    This is a high visibility/high impact role which will be supporting the Marketing departments direction, along with company level goals & metrics
    Support the design of the customer engagement and lifecycle strategy to increase engagement and loyalty of our Members, including multi-product adoption, payments, and multi-channel communications
    Build credibility and rapport via strong analytical conclusions with cross-functional partners to help drive Member-focused change across all touchpoints
    Create and socialize impactful business recommendations by combining analytical problem solving and strategic storytelling skills
    Strong time management skills, to ensure timely completion of project milestones while keeping stakeholders informed
    Help design, launch, and analyze omni-channel communication (email, SMS, DM, push notifications, contact center) experiments and support scaling them into mature campaigns
    Support ongoing analysis of business and marketing performance required to inform company level decisions on a regular basis
    Support the development, and maintain the reporting, dashboards, analysis and models to hit KPIs
    Leverage strong analytical capabilities to solve non-routine problems


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
    Proven experience (3 years) working in marketing analytics or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
    Strong expertise in developing and implementing Lifetime Value (LTV) models, customer segmentation, and customer lifetime behavior analysis.
    Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

    Demonstrated experience working with marketing analytics platforms, web analytics tools, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).

    Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and audience measurement methodologies.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
    A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new technologies and methodologies to drive marketing success.

    Work Setting:


    This position works in an office setting and remains in a stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings.

    Position requires substantial movement of wrist, hands and fingers for continuous computer work.

    Educational Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
    Advanced degree in Analytics, Finance or MBA preferred.
    3 years of experience within Insurance or Financial Services industry or withing Marketing analytics
    Interested in Marketing
    Computer Skills and Knowledge of Hardware & Software Required:
    Advanced Excel skills
    Intermediate/advanced PowerPoint skills
    Strong quantitative and communication skills
    Must code in SQL and Python
    Proficient in new technology and/or data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
    Proficient in accessing data through Salesforce, DataMart, Google Cloud Platform(GCP), database, or Google Analytics (GA4)
    Familiarity with Cognos is a plus
