    Description


    An industrial machinery and and equipment manufacturing company in Cary, NC is looking to hire a Customer Service Sales Engineer.

    This candidate will need to have both an engineering and customer service back ground. This person will communicate directly with clients as well as the internal sales team.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Communicate with clients to understand their equipment needs
    • Quote and design Engineering solutions
    • Assist sales representatives to communicate technical terms and use to clients
    • Research machinery and equipment
    • Provide training for sales team and clients on proper use of drying equipment
    • Domestic and international travel (25 30%)

    Job RequirementsRequirements:

    • Bachelors degree is Engineering or related field 5+ years of technical experience
    • Strong understanding of engineering principles, drying processes, heat and mass transfer knowledge of energy recovery systems, industrial equipment, and mechanical retrofits
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Problem solving skills
    • Research skills
    • Strong computer skills (AutoCad, Pro-E, Inventor, Microsoft)
