    JOB DESCRIPTION

    POSITION: BILLING SPECIALIST

    LOCATION: Auburn Hills, MI

    OBJECTIVE

    The Billing Specialist has versatile accounting skills, enjoys task variety, and is a good communicator. This position is located in the Auburn Hills Corporate Office.     KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Create and submit invoices to customers (AIA & customer specific).
    • Apply cash received in accounting system and complete cash receipts.
    • Resolve billing issues with Project Managers and Owners.
    • Create and maintain CCC sworn statements.
    • Perform analysis on AR aging and cash flow.

    CORE COMPETENCIES

    • Associate degree (preferred), or relevant work experience.
    • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Project Management software.
    • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
    • Previous experience in construction industry a plus.
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and instructions.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced, team-oriented environment demonstrating attention to detail, and displaying sensitivity to confidential matters.
    • High-energy, self-motivated, and able to complete defined tasks with minimal supervision.

CCC will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such an agreement in place.

    Agency agreements will only be valid in writing and signed by an officer of CCC or authorized designee. No other CCC employee is authorized to bind CCC to any agreement regarding the placement of candidates by Agencies. CCC hereby specifically rejects, and denies any liability under, any agreement purporting to be accepted based on negative consent, negotiation with a candidate, performance, or any means other than the signature of a CCC officer or authorized designee.
