- $120,000 per year A bit about us: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our manufacturing processes operate efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in manufacturing engineering, validation, 6S, Black Belt, and Kaizen to make a significant impact on our productivity and profitability.

Lead and manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize your skills in validation, 6S, Black Belt, and Kaizen to identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions.
Develop and implement manufacturing plans and strategies to support business objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing processes align with product design and customer requirements.
Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices across the manufacturing facility, focusing on reducing waste and improving productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing personnel, and train them on new processes and equipment.
Participate in the validation of new equipment and processes, and ensure their readiness for production.
Conduct regular audits to ensure that manufacturing processes are being executed according to plan and are meeting desired outcomes.
Job Details Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience with validation, 6S, Black Belt, and Kaizen.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues and develop effective solutions.
Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and manufacturing software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong team player, with excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
