    Location: San Diego, CA – Potential onsite meetings may be required

    Schedule: Mon – Fri, 6:00AM – 3:00PM PST

    Note: This role is NOT open to C2C or 3rd party candidates

    The Project Manager will support program/project manager in project delivery, data and requirements gathering, business processes, and cost-benefit analysis for proposed IT projects. They will:

    Utilize data gathering tools and methods to analyze and gather data needed for project requirements
    Analyze parameters, including costs, timelines, and technical functions, utilizing data to drive project completion
    Support the project manager on project administration and process improvement tasks
    Prepare preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department managers
    Manage small projects with minimal guidance

    Required Position Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience in project management
    5+ years of experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
    5+ years of experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis, build business cases, and measure success
    5+ years of experience managing projects that come in at, or under, budget
    Advanced capabilities in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and, most importantly, Project
    Strong interpersonal communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech, demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
    Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
    Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly sensitive or highly visible business matters
    Strong analytical skills with a strong MS Excel skill set, including the ability to work, create, and manage pivot tables
    Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
    Proven track record of high performance
    Ability to work independently and to navigate through ambiguous situations that may periodically arise
    Flexible working style, with the ability to successfully navigate changing landscapes while leading end-to-end project functions
    A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent working experience

    Preferred Position Qualifications:

    8+ years of experience in project management
    8+ years of experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
    8+ years of experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis, build business cases, and measure success
    8+ years of experience managing projects that come in at, or under, budget
