    Job Title:


    Training Delivery Specialist III

    Overview:


    The Training Delivery Specialist coordinates and monitors the delivery of Diplomatic Security Training Center (DSTC) training activities as well as provides instruction in DSTC subject matter areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates operational and administrative aspects of training activities
    • Coordinates instructor staff and facilities, monitors performance, and evaluates with the Program Manager
    • Provides orientation, preparation, and support for training delivery
    • Articulates tasks supporting training delivery and guides performers
    • Liaises with SMEs to draft reports on training delivery, identify deficiencies, and update training plans, course materials, and methods
    • Maintains course metrics, statistics, and associated materials for organizational reports
    • Evaluates impact of planned changes in programs and training requirements
    • Serves as SME and instructor in specialized subject matter areas
    • Identifies new training opportunities within DSTC goals

    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree with seven years experience in administration or program management in a federal agency or security organization

    Additional Requirements:

    • Minimum five years instructor experience, three years in DSTC subject matter areas
    • Two years as Training Delivery Specialist II or equivalent experience
    • Effective interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive US Government vehicles

    Security Clearance:

    • US citizen
    • SECRET security clearance required

    Estimated Salary:


    $120,000 - $150,000 per year

    Office environment with occasional travel
