The Clinic Receptionist/Scheduler schedules, greets and registers patients and provides reception, routing phone calls to the appropriate party and collecting payments when necessary.This position ensures the cost-effective and efficient flow of communications when assisting patients with appointment scheduling. Ensures optimal customer service and accurate and efficient patient registration.
Provides clerical support to the clinic on a daily basis.
