- Uses standard methods and techniques to perform such duties as gathering, researching, and evaluating cost analysis data; preparing flow charts; performing engineering calculations and compiling statistical data.
- Performs a variety of tasks in support of higher-grade analysis and which are designed to provide operations research experience and training pertinent to cost analysis of aviation and missile systems.
