- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise, performance manage, and develop staff, delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments efficiently and effectively to ensure that all operations are aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee inventory management and work closely with the Warehouse Manager to manage ordering and tracking of supplies.
- Develop and manage budgets, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including some safety requirements
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant software programs and tools, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
- This is a full-time, salaried exempt position, on-site in Mission Viejo
- Office hours at 8am-5pm, however, this role's hours may vary and from time to time may require work on weekends and holidays.
- Pay range is approximately $75,000-$85,000 yearly.
