    Job Duration: 11–12 Weeks
    Shift: Night Shift – 5x8 hours
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
    Hours per Week: 40 hours
    Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements

    Job Description:

    Histology Technician needed for a night shift assignment. The role involves processing small biopsies, dermatology, renal, and routine specimens under the supervision of a Pathology Assistant and Supervisor.

    Required Experience:

    • 2–5 years of histology experience
    • Experience with small biopsies, dermatology, renal, and routine specimens

    Required Education & Certification:

    • Associate in Science and completion of an approved accredited Histology program (required)
    • OR
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required)
    • New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License OR
    • Certified Histology Technician (HT/HTL) OR
    • NYS Clinical Laboratory Technician certification from NYS Education Department (required)
