    Description

    This is back open, and the hiring manager will focus a lot on personality and if the candidate works well with the VP of marketing and VP of sales. They need to be able to command the attention of the room/audience, but also be technical. Knowing architecture is going to be helpful so they know the infrastructure and inner workings of web development.

    Web Admin/Developer
    (Hybrid - Dallas, TX)

    Location: Hybrid model - This is a hybrid model position that is based out of Dallas, TX). This position works M-Thru onsite, and Fridays are remote
    Relocation: Considered
    Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full-Time Employment
    Salary Range: up to $120K
    Residency Requirements: Those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

    Role Description
    As a Web Admin, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as web design, e-commerce, programming, project management, and web analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of web-related activities.

    Qualifications

    • Web Design, E-Commerce, and Programming skills, least 5+ years' experience working with Content Management Services such as WordPress, Joomla. Familiarity with the DotCMS platform is a plus.
    • Must be comfortable being client facing and working with C-level executives and VP's.
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of Web Architecture.
    • Experience in project management.
    • Proficiency in web analytics.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
