Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to older adults

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Participate in geriatrics education with residents and fellows


Qualifications:
MD or DO degree

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

Geriatric training or experience preferred

Valid medical license in the state of practice
