    Security: Must possess the ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.

    Requirements
    • Education: LPN Certificate or Diploma.
    • Experience: One year of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation.
    • Licensure: Current, full, active and unrestricted LPN or LVN from any US state, district or territory.
    • Life Support Certification: Possess and maintain a current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
    • Prior experience working in an ortho clinic or outpatient clinic setting
