    We're hiring an Account Director, General Motors CBU

    Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for an Account Director, General Motors CBU, in Auburn Hills, MI. From pre-acquisition until end of life, the Account Director is responsible for monitoring the platform P&L and developing actions accordingly. He/She is responsible for the annual budget and strategic planning for the platform and for platform inputs to manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering budgets (cost drivers that impact P&L).

    This job will require you to
    • Strategic Planning
      • Future scenario envisioning
      • Develop strong customer relationships
      • Own joint technology roadmap with customer by platform and drive innovation with customer
      • Understand the evolution of market pricing and targets for the platform
      • Look for new business opportunities
    • Pre-acquisition & Acquisition phase
      • Lead value proposition alignment with FCM
      • Identify pre-development projects & achieve co-development with OEM
      • Lead and execute acquisition strategy for the platform
    • Development
      • Ensure customer satisfaction (timing, quality, cost, product performance)
      • Play a lead role in executing launch related activities and achieving internal and external milestones
      • Oversee regular program reviews internally & externally
      • Analyze P&L variance and drive action plans accordingly
      • Solve existing OEM needs (VAVE, warranty, ECRs, etc)
    • Serial life and past model service through end-of-life
      • Support customer satisfaction plan and actions to improve scorecard metrics
      • Responsible for platform level squeeze, R&D P&L, platform P&L, and cash
      • Oversee the transition from end-of-production into past-model-service
      • Oversee end-of-life of programs
    • Team development
      • Responsible for leading and coaching program managers assigned to the platform
    The ideal candidate

    To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
    • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
    • 3 - 5 years of Faurecia program management
    • 3 - 5 years in Operations
    • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management
    • Strong people management and communication skills
    • Strong sales and technical skills
    • The capability to create strong partnerships internally & externally
    • Priority setting, and the ability to make quick and tough decision
