    is responsible for the general operations of our
    HRdepartment and administration of our employee benefits program. The

    Administrator will develop, implement and evaluate ongoing
    HRpolicies, functions and activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Administrator , you should have a penchant for process improvement, robust benefits knowledge, and thrive on organizational effectiveness.

    Here's what you will be doing:
    Coordinate and manage benefits administration including enrollments, terminations, claims activity, and requisite regulations and filings
    Manage compliance initiatives and activities (e.g., Accommodation requests; FMLA inquiries; Federal and State Employment postings, ESOP, EEO-1, and OSHA reporting; COBRA notifications; U/I claims)
    Monitor and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
    Generate and communicate data reports and analytics from the HRIS to support key initiatives, strategic decision-making, and compliance requirements
    Monitor and report on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
    Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, as necessary
    Assist with and/or conduct new employee benefits orientation and Open Enrollment events
    Assist in the design and management of our Employee Health and Wellness program
    Evaluate the participation and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement
    Collaborate on onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on policies, internal procedures, and resources
    Implement, evaluate, and improve internal processes and workflows throughout the
    HRdepartment
    Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
    Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

    Requirements:

    What we're looking for:
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
    Three years or more experience as a benefits administrator or similar role
    Two years or more experience as an
    HRGeneralists
    Industry-recognized
    HRcertification (e.g. PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) highly preferred
    Experience with self-funded plans highly preferred
    Multi-state experience preferred
    Paylocity HRIS experience preferred
    Advanced MS Excel skills
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
    Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
