    Title Senior HRIS Analyst

    Hours 8 AM 5 PM, Hybrid

    Pay - $95,000 $115,000

    Location Chicago, IL

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience with HRIS system maintenance
    • Oracle HCM/PeopleSoft experience required
    • Bachelors degree preferred

    Position Description:

    • Administer a wide range of HR system modules in Oracle Cloud HCM, including talent management, global HR, performance, and recruiting
    • Manage system integration and relationships with vendors
    • Process quarterly system updates and testing
    • Act as the point of contact for user support and questions regarding Oracle Cloud HCM
    • Partner with leadership for reporting on a regular basis, make recommendations for process improvements
    • Maintain awareness of current HRIS trends and continue staying up to date on system knowledge
