- Enforce company policies and procedures promptly and respectfully.
- Conduct supervision with BCBA's on a regular basis based on BCBA level.
- Participate in meetings with supervising director.
- Attend in-service trainings.
- Complete reports and revisions promptly.
- Communicate with Client Services and Operations to ensure client care continuity.
- Supervise BCBA session notes.
- Handle incident reports, including investigation and reporting to Clinical Director.
- Promote a positive work culture and facilitate clear communication between departments.
- Assist in developing and executing clinical initiatives as needed.
- Ensure high-quality care from BCBAs on the team.
- Offer support and supervision to BT's under BCBA supervision.
- Collaborate with staff on organizational initiatives and policies.
- Monitor BCBA billable requirements and utilization rate.
- Maintain organizational documents and notes.
- Be reachable for urgent communications during and outside company hours.
- Conduct hiring and exit interviews for BCBA's.
- Handle client complaints and follow the required procedures.
- Meet billable requirements through assessments and client supervision
- Fulfill supervisory hour requirements
- Supervise daily center operations, including facility management and policy adherence
- Assist with clinic growth and attract new clients through marketing efforts
- Maintain BCBA certification
- Maintain LABA or other state licensure
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- 3+ years of BCBA experience
- Full-Time Senior Level BCBA's must maintain agreed upon billable and nonbillable hours totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.

We are currently looking for a Center Director for our center in Raleigh, North Carolina
BCBA Full-Time Offers:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Center Director role is a mid-level leadership position reporting to the Director of Center Operations. The Center Director offers guidance and assistance to the BCBA's in the clinic and handles operational and administrative tasks.
