Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment across departments, maintaining consistent messaging, and supporting operational clarity within our growing logistics network.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal communications across departments to ensure operational alignment
Draft, edit, and distribute professional communications, reports, and announcements
Support leadership with presentation materials and strategic messaging
Maintain documentation and communication workflows for ongoing projects
Assist in organizing meetings, briefings, and corporate updates
Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements
Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure clarity in procedures and initiatives
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information
