    Job Summary

    As the Rank + Rally Director of Retail of Arts and Cultural you will be responsible for leading your team members in executing "The Difference" regarding all retail operations, human resources, and financials.

    You will implement procedural standards and expectations for the on-site operation and e-commerce as well as customer experience, and retail sales training.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Recruit, train, and develop retail teams that exemplify best-in-class customer experience
    Create strong experience in professional development and management of retail sales teams and the ability to shape customer experience through expert understanding of product in relation to excellence in execution, service, visual merchandising, building a sale, and service focused culture
    Oversee purchasing for retail operation, with special attention to margin, inventory levels, and category product mix
    Excellent leadership, organizational, presentation, communication, and customer service skills with a high attention to detail and demonstrated resourcefulness in problem-solving
    Achieves assigned budget goals, manages business financials, and assists in completing required department reports
    Conduct regular meetings with stakeholder to update on progress, solicit feedback, and create accountability
    Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, internal locations, retail partners, and Rank + Rally team members, while regularly obtaining feedback to improve operations
    Other duties as assigned

    Preferred Qualifications:
    5+ years of retail product merchandising and buying experience, including experience within high-traffic, location-based entertainment retail
    Proven track record managing multi-location, multi-million dollar product categories and business
    Deep understanding of merchandising principles, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
    Clear capability to analyze, report, and communicate business results effectively
    Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple partners
    Highly proficient with retail and inventory systems purchasing software
    Reside in Las Vegas market
