    Job Description:
    Pay Range $21.97hr - $22.20hr It is at doctor's office. They will be other members of the team that they will be working along with. These people are managing people walking into the waiting room. We will have kiosk set up at locations. They will have patients that will not understand the process. The intake representative will stand in the waiting room so they will help them check into the ipad. They just get called, and get their blood drawn. When we come in there, we will be coming in there and do the processing and lab work. The wait times are going to be longer. The patient intake reps basically just need to be able to manager difficult patients. There are going to be a lot of people here who will have their process/routine. Especially the senior generation may be frustrated. nything that candidate can think of.


    Skills:
    Provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a positive customer service experience. Schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon appointment arrival. Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures. Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution. Provide additional customer education and information as needed. Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting Lab's products and services. Really good customer service skills.

    Some healthcare experience, doctors office, medical reception work, even pharmacy work or general understanding of what medical aspect of it entails.

    Ensure a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors. The part time ones will be spending a lot of time in the waiting room greeting patients and wonderful. Verification of insurance coverage and collect/post payments to patient accounts.


    Education:
    High School Diploma


    Responsibilities:
    Schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon appointment arrival. Ensure a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors. ssist patients with registration and check in procedures. Data entry of patient demographics and billing information. Verification of insurance coverage and collect/post payments to patient accounts. Collect and prepare specimens for testing and analysis when needed. Call physician offices to confirm the accuracy of test orders. Monitor and log patient wait times on a regular basis. Notify the supervisor of any patient issues in a timely manner. Promote and provide information about LAB patient services. Manage office supplies to ensure proper inventory levels. Open and close the office when required. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. #monsterit
