    Qualifications:

    • Valid and current license issued by the Board of Psychology and/or Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Clinical Psychologist (Ph.
    D./PsyD) and/or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

    • 2+ years of progressively responsible management experience and leading/ managing staff supervision, including hiring and creating functional team members.
    • 3+ years' experience with recovery support programs (12 Step, SMART), and other pathways of recovery etc.
    • Bachelors or Master's in social work and/or counseling.
    • Experience in treatment approaches and different modalities such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
    • Oregon Resident
    • Proficiency in computerized programs, including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, independent databases, customized databases, EMR software.

    Skills:

    • Skilled in developing programs and infrastructure, as well as creating timeline and driving successful execution of programs and administrative responsibilities.
    • Skilled in successfully managing and programming, multiple projects, components and deliverables
    • Skilled with working in a crisis situation regarding individuals and or families
    • Skilled with working with individuals and care team members in mental health
    • Skilled with managing a new business, and it's processes
    • Skilled with managing a team

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Clinical team, Admissions Team, Utilization Review, Finance, and Operations Team. Works closely with leadership to identify and implement processes for assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and providing quality services and care.
    • Manages and maintains an active caseload schedule, regarding all clinical cases and treatment plans.
    • Hiring, managing, training, clinical and NWAT staff.
    • Leading operations and helping assess and set goals for clients and treatment plans
    • Assist in creating and leading new programs and services
    • Assist and lead in community outreach
    • Managing different care team members
    • Leading and assisting in team development

    Job Description:


    NWAT is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual for the role of Program Director/Clinical Director for their new facility.

    The Program Director/ Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and developing the Clinical department and programming including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and scheduling.

    The Program Director/Clinical Director will aid in developing, planning, and implementing strategies for program continuation and growth.

    As well as collaborate with the Admissions, Utilization Review, and Operations department, helping to manage and/or resolve clinical and administrative issues.
