Description
ARIAS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who brings not only skills but also passion and purpose to the table. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in our field, and we need someone who can uphold our legacy. As part of the role, you will dive into our well-established processes, serving our 2,000-strong client base, while also exploring new business avenues through referrals and leads. Leading a small team will also be a central aspect of your responsibilities.
Over time, you will evolve into the role of Agency Director, mastering our systems and processes, and becoming a mentor to those under your wing. We offer a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 for the first year, on average.
