    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager/Senior Management Analyst to join our team.

    This role is critical in managing and overseeing the implementation and coordination of our projects, particularly within the Denial of Federal Benefits (DFB) and the Defense Procurement Fraud Debarment (DPFD) Programs.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance, ensuring quality control, and driving project success within budget and time constraints.

    This position plays a vital role in liaising with key stakeholders, including government representatives, and ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory and security requirements.

    Position Title:
    Program Manager/Senior Management Analyst

    Responsibilities

    Manage and provide direction on project-specific tasks, ensuring completion within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
    Review work products for quality, completeness, and adherence to applicable regulations, security, and customer requirements.
    Regularly meet with the Contract Officer (CO) and/or Contract Officer Representative (COR) to discuss contract management issues.
    Ensure project team's conformance with work standards and coordinate efforts for problem resolution and client satisfaction.
    Oversee daily workflow management, including case submission/entry and verification of information.
    Coordinate with relevant agencies for verification, validation, and data transmission processes.
    Conduct quality control of responses to data information requests and generate monthly technical financial reports.
    Document and update programmatic policies or procedures as necessary.
    Provide SME Reports as requested by the government, including data on DFB and DPFB cases and data reconciliation reports.

    Requirements

    Education:
    Advanced degree (MA, MS) in Project Management.

    Experience:
    A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in leading projects. Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects is essential.

    Certifications:

    Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) can be considered as a substitute for the educational requirement, provided the candidate has a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.


    Skills:
    Demonstrated ability to manage projects, provide guidance, and direct specific projects or sub-tasks. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
    Communication
    Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

    Leadership Abilities:
    The ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project success is crucial in this role.

    Security Clearance:
    The candidate must be eligible for and obtain the required security clearance as determined by the Government Agency.
