- Assess customer's needs and collectively determine which replacement parts, products and/or services they require.
- Identify opportunities to sell upgraded services, such as installation services and group re-lamps
- Determine appropriate equipment and technical services required and provide customer with a detailed quotation
- Negotiate prices following approved pricing parameters
- Process replacement parts orders through the Service Order system to meet customer needs.
- Utilized assigned coordinator to process purchases of services.
- Coordinate and communicate post-sale process through Engineering, Production and Shipping.
- Report in a timely manner via the Musco Scoreboard program the status of each project from the initial quote to the completion.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a technical sales function, and/or an educational background in business, communications, or marketing.
- Self motivated, dependable, highly organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little supervision.
- Able to work in a fast paced ever-changing environment.
- Strong phone and written communication skills.
- Basic electrical and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task with several departments.
- Some travel is required

The Musco Lighting Services & Sales team is currently seeking a Service & Parts Sales Associate to work from our Oskaloosa office. This position will focus on the selling of Musco technical services, projects, and replacement parts.
