Responsibilities

Assist in the management, administration and execution of the organization's facility and installation support services. Provide technical assistance in editing and updating facility requirements. Provide assistance in strategic non-technical planning to ensure the organization's ability to successfully anticipate and respond to the future DoD environments. Research and analyze strategic non-technical issues/initiatives and assess impacts. Make recommendations in the development of non-technical organizational vision, mission, goals, objectives, and strategies. Develop recommended metrics and strategies for implementing the strategic plan.

Position Requirements

• Strong knowledge/understand of Bentley Micro station
• 10+ experience in support Govt. facilities to include:
• Support in planning and executing garrison building remodels
• Support in tracking minor service orders and work orders.
• Maintaining up-to date floor plans and seating charts.
• Support in daily security inspections when required. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills Candidate must be a US Citizen. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must be capable of obtaining a security clearance.
• Security Requirements
• Master's degree in Business or Engineering and at least 12+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience
• Computer competency required to include knowledge of Visio and SharePoint
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
