    Senior General Liability/NY Labor Law Claims Consultant



    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster with specific expertise in New York Labor Law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling complex bodily injury claims, including construction-related litigation.



    Responsibilities:



    • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve a portfolio of complex General Liability claims, with an emphasis on NY Labor Law exposures.

    • Analyze coverage, liability, and damages to determine appropriate claim resolution strategies.

    • Handle claims from initial assignment through conclusion, including litigation management when necessary.

    • Maintain accurate and timely claim file documentation in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

    • Collaborate with defense counsel, insureds third-party administrators other key stakeholders to achieve optimal claim outcomes.
