Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled SmartRecruiters / Talent Acquisition Functional Consultant who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SmartRecruiters and end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of recruitment workflows, ATS configuration, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes
- Configure and implement SmartRecruiters ATS as per client requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requisition creation, job posting, candidate tracking, and onboarding workflows
- Collaborate with HR, Hiring Managers, and technical teams for system enhancements
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Customize workflows, templates, career sites, and reporting dashboards in SmartRecruiters
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training sessions for end users
- Ensure integration with HR systems (HRMS, Job Boards, Background Check tools, etc.)
- Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and recruitment analytics reporting
- Support change management and process improvements in Talent Acquisition
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Systems or ATS Functional Consulting
- Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters configuration and implementation
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Experience in workflow configuration, job requisition management, and candidate pipeline management
- Knowledge of ATS integrations with HRIS and third-party tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in UAT, documentation, and user training
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exposure to HR processes and Talent Management modules
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting
- Experience in global hiring processes
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Certification in HR Systems / ATS (Preferred)
